My dharma is in creating intentional yoga practices where I guide you through a journey within, using the tools of yoga asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation for a holistic practice where you can meet yourself authentically. 

Trusting your intuition, allowing yoga to purify, to liberate, to grow, heal and strengthen, to learn and humble, to honour and love yourself fully, joyfully appreciating oneself, to be! 

Holding space for you to deepen your connection with this wisdom tradition and guiding you along your journey, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  Graciously and lovingly holding you in yoga's embrace.  Hari Om Tat Sat.
